Hired Hearing Master responsible for child support matters in Courtroom 9. Former juvenile Hearing Master who was temporarily suspended in 2004 for making an offender strip to his underwear in court. Articles: 8/28/04. | 9/25/04 | 11/11/05. Our entry on the theatre of juvenile court may be relevant. (Following the incident, she and Hearing Master Leeds essentially switched places.)

Married to attorney Neil Beller (website). In the Judge Jones flap of mid-2006, the R-J reported that Neil Beller had given a very large campaign donation to Jones shortly after Beller was NOT fired in the juvenile incident.

“I was in this judges court in May of 07 and heard her place the defendant in Contempt for failure to appear and pay ordered child support. In addition, she increased the support by $300.00. However, the District Attorney's Lawyer failed to do this because the defendant is paying %53 of their child support. This judge was given this information at the time that she stated that he must be placed in contempt and $300 should be added. Yet, the DA's office never sent me a copy of the judgement, never increased the support, and never placed the defendant in contempt. The Fed's need to return to the DA's office on Child Support since they have unwritten rules that they follow instead of the Judges orders and the law. These unwritten rules are in place to lessen their case load but it is the children who suffer. Even my case managers have told me of their inability to do anything when an defendant pays SOMETIMES. I will admit in my case that Judge Beller did nothing wrong. However, her orders ARE NOT being carried out by the Districts Office of Child Support.” — Fed's needed in the DA's office of Child Support 7/21/07
