In the other state, the terms of the juvenile's parole and probation still apply, but authorities in that state are responsible for the child's supervision.
In court, the acronym is often used as a verb, as in, "The juvenile was ICOJ'ed to Montana."
In the dependency domain, the equivalent program is "ICPC," or Interstate Compact on Placement of Children.
