  • In a current ongoing case, a CAP attorney, Steve Hiltz, is trying to prevent the return of a 3-year-old German child to Germany, where both her parents are, based on the wishes he claims the child has expressed to him. This case has angered German authorities and has created an international mini-furor reminiscent of the Elian Gonzalez case.
