“Management, as Glenn basically states, requries a different breed of individual. It requires someone with the ability to see all facets of an issue combined with the ability, once a decision has been made, to strike with the swiftness of a cougar. He also has to have about the same sensibilities as a cougar in that once he sets his mind to something, it takes something really big to make him change his mind. Great essay Glenn.
