I produced these 13 chapters in Fall of 2007. Of all the books I have half-written, this is the one I would most like to complete, so I will probably come back to it in 2008.

I expect this book to be relatively short, perhaps about 20-30 chapters.

This book is available online only temporarily, as it is being written. It will be removed when it is available for printed publication.
